How do you choose your long-term partner?

  • As we fully realized the floor cleaning machine business is not a one-time business so both the manufacturers and their partners should pay more attention to the after-service and technical support team. To CY, we will seriously evaluate how big the after-service team you have and how many engineers you have on their way to support your customers. We’ll not simply ask for a sales target, a number since it will push you to focus on sales only but not on service then we both will lose the market finally. Which countries are you selling now?

  • CY now not only does well in China local market, also exports cleaning machines to  North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Pacific markets. What is the warranty range and period of the machine?

  • If there is a product quality problem within 2 year since the machine is shipped from our factory, CY is responsible for solving it and providing the required materials FREE of charge.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be presented at the time of warranty claim Since each machine has a Production Date on the machine body just like below, it will help us to know the date you have the machines.
Do consumables/accessories have a warranty? Since when do you count? How long is the warranty period?

  • 1. Consumables such as brushes, dials, and rubber strips are not guaranteed, but you can claim for damages when you unpack the new machine.

    2. The accessories are guaranteed and it’s calculated from the date of manufacture. Based on different accessories, the warranty period is also different.

    2.1 Batteries (lead-acid): 12 months

    2.2 Battery type (lithium battery): 30 months

    2.3 Charger: 18 months

    2.4 Water tank: 60 months

    2.5 Controller: 12 to 14 months

    2.6 Motor electromagnetic brake: 12 to 15 months

What are the circumstances that do not belong to the warranty?

  • 1. Man-made damaged materials

    2. Obviously damaged by external pressure (such as impact)

    3. Changing the circuit without permission causes the motherboard or motor to burn out

    4. Water has entered the charger

    5. The charger cannot be charged normally due to unauthorized modification

    6. Repeated claims for the same machine (except for special circumstances)

How long will it take to receive the claim?

  • For claim materials, CY is generally sent by international express air freight, and the time required is different depending on the destination. For example, if it is sent to North America, it will take about 5-7 days, while it will only take 3-5 days to send it to Southeast Asia.

Who will afford the freight for normal claims?

  • CY will afford the freight cost.

What are the ways of making a claim?

  • There are two main ways to claim

    1. Claim materials in kind.

    2. Deduct the account based on the sales price of the claimed material.

What do I need to provide when applying for a claim?

  • Videos or photos of machine nameplates and machine failures or damaged accessories are required.

Can CY machines use lithium batteries?

  • CY machines can use lithium batteries well, and we could provide both popular brand lithium batteries and CY own develop lithium batteries.  

What should be paid attention to when using the battery?

  • Check the voltage before using the machine. When the voltage is lower than 24V , it cannot be used and must be charged; each time you use it, do not use up the battery completely, and you must charge it when there are only 2 batteries left, otherwise, it will be easy The battery life is shortened, and it will be scrapped if it is serious. When the machine is not used for a long time, in order to prevent the battery from being over-discharged, the battery should be replenished regularly (usually 2 months).

In case of failure do you have error lists/codes?

Yes, you will find the error lists on the user manuals for all the modles.

Also, for the electronic failures, the opeation panel screen will directly show the faliures for rider scrubbers.

Could it be acceptable to order one machine for quality evaluation for now to test it first? with no price increase?

We always suggest our partner to do sample evaluation to check the quality, test local market and retail price first.

DC980 ( Large Rider Scrubber ) is front-driving engine.

DC50B (Walk Behind Scrubber ) is with driving engine, DC510 and DC520 ((Walk Behind Scrubber ) is not with driving engine.

CY Spare parts and consumables can be used for different scrubbers under different brand?

CY machines are developped by own R&D , include main parts, so they might not matching other different brand scrubbers. However, cleaning pad or brush may be a exception. 

Troubleshooting: Why is it not clean after suction of water?

  • There are many reasons why water is not clean, as follows:

    1. The sewage tank cover is not closed properly

    2. The sealing strip inside the sewage tank cover is damaged or aged

    3. The sewage suction pipe is not inserted properly or the sewage suction pipe is broken

    4. The garbage trough in the middle of the head body is blocked by foreign objects

    5. The rubber is worn and aged or foreign matter is attached to the rubber

    6. The height (pressure) of the head is not adjusted to the proper position

  • The gears in the gearbox are damaged and need to be replaced.
