DC980 Ride-on Floor Scrubber Shipped to Malaysia
This project involved the shipment of one DC980 ride-on floor scrubber to a property management organization operating within an industrial park in Malaysia.
The machine was purchased for the routine cleaning of a residential apartment under the customer’s management. Before shipment, the equipment completed factory inspection, functional testing, and final preparation before being loaded into one 20GP container for sea freight.

Equipment Preparation
Before leaving our factory, the DC980 completed a standard pre-shipment inspection, including operational testing, battery inspection, water system checks, and a final visual inspection.
After all checks were completed, the machine was securely packed and prepared for international transportation.
Shipment
The machine was loaded into one 20GP container and shipped by sea to Malaysia.
All required export documents, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Export Declaration, and shipping documents, were prepared before departure to support a smooth shipping process.
Application
The DC980 will be used for the routine cleaning of common areas within the customer’s residential property.
Typical cleaning areas include entrance lobbies, internal walkways, covered corridors, and parking areas. The machine was selected according to the property’s cleaning requirements and daily operating conditions.

Factory Testing Video
We also recorded a factory testing video during customer inspection. Several machines were demonstrated during the process, including scrubbers and sweepers.
During this visit, the customer mainly tested different models to compare performance in real working conditions.

The customer tested the CYS175 floor sweeper during the factory visit for dust and debris cleaning performance.
